Return An Item

If you wish to return an item you may do so as long as it is in its original condition and you notify us within seven days of receiving your goods.

You can do this by logging on to “My Account”, selecting the order and choosing the Return option next to the product(s) you wish to send back.

You should then follow the on-screen instructions and return your package clearly stating the order number within.
You will be able to select how you wish to proceed with the order at this stage.

You can let us know what you would like to exchange your item for (please check availability on the website). A redespatch charge (UK £6; Overseas £12) is payable for exchanges - this must be paid by Credit or Debit Card at this stage.
Should we require any further information we will contact you upon receipt of your return.
