Inspired by the post-Soviet era, the Fall Winter 18 Collection from the Russian streetwear brand, Gosha Rubchinskiy features a connected flag motif which allies the United States with Russia and Japan. The political connotations pay homage to the younger generation who are said to stick together regardless of political disputes.

Incorporating vibrant prints, colour clashes, patchwork constructions and camouflage, the designer takes inspiration from the Russian streets and youth culture of the 21st Century. Gosha's ongoing collaboration with Adidas also showcases his passion for unique designs, instantly recognisable slant and statement runway pieces.
