This season's metallic trend is all about high shine silver fabrics. Parisian fashion house, Maison Margiela, presented its MM6 Fall Winter 18 collection at London Fashion Week earlier this year. Setting the scene in a plethora of silver coated rooms, this metallic backdrop beautifully mirrored Maison Margiela's collection.

Toying with the concept of visibility and self-reflection, the collection features a shimmering silver palette. Pieces include a lacquered silver metallic oversized puffer coat, glitter coated boots and structured, tailored garments.

Drawing on Warhol’s iconic Factory, where Billy Name famously glazed Warhol’s venue is silver wrappings, polaroid cameras and photographs were spread around Maison Margiela's presentation to capture the event.
