Neil Barrett; Menswear for Spring
From a family of master tailors, Neil Barrett initially worked at Gucci before moving to Prada, after which he went solo. Barrett contributed greatly to the creative input of Prada's minimalist menswearr. Following his debut in 1999, he soon became famous in Hollywood, dressing many A-listers in his suits. Neil Barrett brings a fresh edge to classic shapes, blending tradition with modern culture.
With a firm nod to Pop Culture, this season Neil Barrett references "Taxi Driver" Scorsese's cult thriller, using a graphic print of Robert De Niro. Adding a NYC edginess to an otherwise clean silhouette, Neil Barrett's SS18 collection consists of classic tailoring with the addition of eye-popping, memorable prints.
