New for SS21: JW Anderson + Pol Anglada

23 Dec 2020

This year has seen the fashion industry put on pause, with traditional product launches and seasonal shows replaced with innovative ways to excite global audiences at home. For the Spring/Summer '21 collection, JW Anderson took an alternative approach to look-books, using mannequins with masks drawn by Catalan illustrator and designer Pol Anglada instead of models.

This tongue-in-cheek attitude of going back to every designer’s roots where everything starts on the mannequin rather than on a model features throughout the latest JW Anderson collection with pom-poms sewn onto hoodies and extra-large pockets on coats, whilst Pol Anglada's artwork can be seen on a range of oversized tees, polo shirts and tote bags, now available here at HERVIA.

Pure cotton is the backdrop to this Pol Anglada portrait. The oversized silhouette features earthy tones, a classic collar and a button placket.

This relaxed tee explores colour, shape and texture. Crafted from breathable Oxford cotton and featuring artwork in tones of red and white.

JW Anderson takes an eco-conscious approach with this tote bag. Crafted from recycled polyester, it is topped with leather belt-style handles and features an eye-catching Pol Anglada portrait.
