Yeezy 500 High Slate

First rumoured in the Summer, we now have our first official look at the Yeezy 500 High in Slate; a completely reworked design of the former sneaker "Desert Rat".

The design carries on from the previous colourway, Stone, swapping out the mesh uppers with neoprene panels for added weather resistance for the winter months ahead. The soft suede and leather uppers remain, while the extended ankle gives the 500 High a basketball sneaker silhouette. Elevating the sneaker is a contrasting AdidPRENE midsole paired with a rubber outsole for unrivalled comfort.

Yet again, Kanye opts for a muted colour palette with stealthy black accents against tonal hues of navy blue to finish off the look.

The Yeezy 500 High Slate launches 16th of December.
