The Mich Dulce brand is dedicated to promoting Filipino craftsmanship and creativity through millinery, and committed to using traditional Filipino sustainable materials. By working with traditional fabrics woven by different ethnic groups in the Philippines, the brand aim is to promote and preserve Filipino heritage and culture through modern and contemporary millinery pieces. The Mich Dulce brand runs as a social enterprise, not only by working with different cottage industries in the Philippines for the fabrics, but each headpiece is handmade by women from the Gawad Kalinga Comminity Development Foundation, a Philippine-based poverty alleviation and nation building movement. The new SS13 collection is inspired by images of rebirth; from the pagan nature worship of the seasons, the religious celebration of Easter, and their 20th century iconic equivalent, the bunny. Mich Dulce is new to Hervia, and is available to buy from our website www.hervia.com.
